Privacy Policy

Effective August 29, 2026

The short version: EachTime is designed to work locally on your device. We do not require an account, sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising trackers.

Information stored by EachTime

Situations you enter, Playbooks, preparation notes, completion status, reflections, and preferences are stored on your device. EachTime does not operate a cloud account or sync service in this version.

Calendar and Reminders access

Only after you grant permission, EachTime can review items from the sources you select to suggest situations that may benefit from preparation.

For Calendar, the app may read an event’s title, date, time, and all-day status.
For Reminders, the app may read an incomplete reminder’s title, notes, and due date.
This information is processed on your device to create suggestions.
EachTime does not create, edit, complete, or delete your Calendar events or source reminders.

You can use EachTime manually without connecting either source. You can change or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, EachTime can schedule local reminders on your device, including a follow-up to complete and reflect on an experience. Notification content is generated and delivered by your device.

Backups and exports

If you choose to export a backup, iOS lets you select where to save or share that file. Once exported, the file is outside EachTime’s control. Store it somewhere you trust and delete copies you no longer need.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

This version of EachTime does not include third-party analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokers.

Data deletion

You can delete individual items inside the app. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backups or files you previously exported.

Children’s privacy

EachTime is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Material new collection or sharing will be explained before it is introduced.
